Jessica has been with Maxon since 2016 and was born and raised in Springfield. She is a Registered Jeweler through the American Gem Society and Applied Jewelry Professional through the Gemological Institute of America. She keeps our heads on straight and our grammar in check. In 2018, Jessica was a Springfield Business Journal Most Influential Women Honoree. She is involved in Leadership Council through Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, The Network, Missouri State Alumni Association, Junior League of Springfield, United Way of the Ozarks (Generational Engagement Committee), Sunrise Rotary Club (Committee Chair), Ozarks Counseling Center (President-Elect), Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks (Big Sister & Advisory Board Member), she is also the former President of the Rotaract Club of Springfield and a co-owner of Float Trip Pickles. Her hobbies include traveling with her husband Ryan, enjoying the Greenway Trails, and helping young professionals get connected in Springfield. She loves hiking and has Mount Kilimanjaro on her bucket list.
Caleb DavisOffice Manager & Sales Professional
Caleb joined the Maxon team in 2021. He is a Springfield native. Caleb has over 15 years of retail experience and has spent the last 5 in fine jewelry! He enjoys golfing. When Caleb isn’t at Maxon he spends his time with his daughter – they love playing leggos, doing puzzles and watching movies together.

Rick has been in the jewelry industry for over 45 years, he has been our store owner for 25 years. Rick has lived in Springfield since 1994. He is a Certified Gemologist through the American Gem Society, and a Graduate Gemologist through the Gemological Institute of America. He is involved in the Rotary Club of Springfield, Lotus Club, and Cedars Club. Rick is known for his stylish dance moves, eyeglass collection (thanks to Springfield Family Vision!) and loves being “Pop” to his grandchildren.
Dustin GerleveSales Manager
Dustin joined the Maxon team in 2020. He has been in the jewelry industry over 20 years! Dustin’s very passionate about motorcycles. He also loves spending time on Table Rock Lake with family and friends. Dustin is always accompanied by his co-captain Kruzer James Gerleve, his miniature schnauzer!
Kendra ClaxtonOperations Manager & Sales Professional
Kendra has been in the jewelry industry for almost 20 years. Her favorite thing about her job his helping people celebrate the happiest times of their lives. She has worked for Maxon since 2019, leading our team and bringing lots of laughter. She has earned the Applied Jewelry Professional credential through the Gemological Institute of America and the Certified Sales Associate designation through the American Gem Society. Kendra is from Pleasant Hope, is an animal lover, and enjoys spending her free time at the lake or spoiling her 4 nieces. She has a cat named Kittens and a dog named Pants.
Jay CaseyBench Jeweler
Jay has 40 years experience as a bench jeweler and has worked at Maxon for over 20 years. He is a Springfield native. When he’s not repairing jewelry he enjoys riding dirt bikes and sitting in his driveway watching storms. He also enjoys working out and traveling anywhere with a beach. Jay has 2 sons and 4 grandsons. He doubles as our jeweler and our in house comedian. Jay is one of the most important elements to our Maxon experience, keeping our clients happy with his fast turnaround time and excellent craftsmanship.

Jane McElvaine
Jane is a Certified Gemologist through the American Gem Society, and a Graduate Gemologist through the Gemological Institute of America. She is currently involved in the Junior League of Springfield, in which she was the 2018 Lifetime Achievement Award winner. In 2001, Jane was a Springfield Business Journal Most Influential Women Honoree. She is also involved in the Springfield Executive Breakfast Club, Lotus Club, Cedars Club, and the Pi Beta Phi alumnae club. Since moving to Springfield in 1994, she has served on many clubs and charitable organizations. Jane has two granddaughters and her favorite day of the week is “MiMi Friday.”
