Sent in a email to enquire about a specific Rolex and got in touch with Mr. Dustin which he pointed me in the right direction to get my very first one which ended up being a different one then I had originally looked at but after talking to him and getting proper education on Rolex it was the better choice. Dustin knows his stuff and highly recommend speaking with him, shortly after purchasing had to bring it in to get a pin replaced (used watch so knew that there might be something that would come up) and they got it replaced really fast and free of charge. We came in needing help, and even though we weren’t making a purchase that day, the staff went out of their way to assist us—completely free of charge. They were kind, patient, and genuinely focused on helping rather than trying to sell us something. It’s rare to find a business that treats people with that level of honesty and care. Their professionalism and generosity left a great impression, and because of that, this will be the first place we go for any future jewelry purchases or repairs. My parents and I went there to buy my mom a ring, As we went into the store. The staff came up in a polite manner and asked if we needed help with anything, then offered us water or coffee. A few seconds later, the owner came and checked on us to see if we were doing okay. She was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions that we had. From start to finish she was very patient and helped my mom pick out a ring that my mom liked. Lastly, this place has a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff and owner treated us with kindness and respect, no matter what we were wearing or how we looked. They give us genuine care of service, I have been to places where the staff was being hateful, some gave judgemental looks and some would see us and just walk away. But here it is different, the staff would be there to help until the customers are satisfied. Maxon's is one of the finest jewelry store in the area. Their staff is what makes them excel. They are all extremely nice, personable people who are genuinely trying to help their customers. Over the years, I have dealt with Dustin, Jessica, Kendra and they are all always so welcoming. A special shoutout to my friend Anton. He is an amazing individual and a fascinating person when you get to know him. He helped me get my first Rolex piece and for that I am extremely grateful. Over the years, we have bought quite a bit of jewelry and watches from the store and the experience is always top notch. Anton even helped me design a custom ring for my wife which she absolutely loved. I love how he always provides the best advise for my specific situation rather than trying to just get me to spend my money. I truly value the people there more than anything and trust is really what matters when you are dealing with expensive purchases. I wholeheartedly recommend people to try Maxon's for their next jewelry and/or watch purchase and I am sure you will not be disappointed.
